Can I adjust my order after it is placed ?

    ⁃    Chargebacks/disputes : TheHairPlug. does not take responsibility for chargebacks related to shipping delays, lost, or incorrectly delivered packages caused by the carrier. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these terms.

How can I track my order? 
    ⁃    Tracking information for your order will be provided for you during the order process phase. In order to obtain any tracking information, you must provide a valid email address at the time of placing your order.

How long will it take to receive my order ?

    ⁃    Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing. Shipping 4-6 business day. Please keep in mind Saturday-Monday aren’t considered business days for us. Orders placed during promotional sales and Federal Holidays may take 5-10 days for processing. We are not responsible for late delivers due to natural disasters, weather delays, or delivery carrier delays.
